These ladies are beyond excellent with my macaw!!! (And he is a stubborn macaw!) They handle him with so much care and are very knowledgeable!!! So grateful for them!!
I have been taking my rats here since they were little. My little kellin ended up being diagnosed with heart disease, but the team was super supportive and very friendly. I ended up having to put kellin to sleep 3 months after, and even then, they kept their doors open far past closing. A few weeks ago kellins bother passed away at 3 years old due to old age and sickness. I had moved before this and took him to another vet to be put down. They wanted to charge me almost 300$ for creamation. Luckily, northwest only wanted to charge me 60. And even though i only went to them for cremation, they still hand wrote and sent me a card, letting me know i was in their hearts. These people have always been so sweet and caring, its not about money with them, its about their customers and their pets well being. I cant tell you how many times they allowed me to make a payment plan because i had no money until a week after that. Top of the line vet, would recommend to everyone.
This Vet is the Best Avian and Exotic Vet you will ever trust your animals to. They handle all animals as if they were their own. Everyone their is kind, compassionate and caring.
My ferret's blood sugar had dropped low and she was unresponsive. I rushed her over here and even though I was a new patient, they took care of her right away. Everyone there showed how much they cared about her and I felt good leaving my ferret in their hands. They called me and gave me updates and most importantly, they saved my ferret. I'm bringing the rest of my ferrets here since I used to drive all the way to Naperville. And the prices are so reasonable!
