Made an appointment over a week ago only for them to tell me when I get here, my insurance hasn't been verified! It's after office hours so my insurance company is closed. My options were to get charged for each of my daughter's vaccinations or come back tomorrow. I really think they're just trying to get rid of people because they're overbooked! I forgot to mention we used the same insurance last year! They said that's the problem it was last year!! Why would I need to come back so soon if my kids aren't sick. I just witnessed them say the same thing to someone else! I'm convinced they're lying because they're overbooked. We're going on 25 minutes waiting! Never again!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't give them half a star if I could!
We bring our child here and although the front desk staff is never pleasant, Dr. Ahmed is awesome!! She is very patient with us being first time parents and all the questions that come along with it! If they could get some receptionist that at least smiled as you came in, it would make a world of difference. We’re usually seen without too long of a wait time.
This place make you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment and still make you wait for an hour or two. If you are not there 10 minutes before they cancell your appointment. I was 10 before my appointment today but there was a lone checking in and they took 15 before they took care of me and they wanted to cancell my appointment but I complain and they took me in but make me wait for two hours this place is very unethical
They staffs are so unprofessional they need to go back to school who hired these young uneducated girls..... N who ever comes out with all these stupid rules about the 15 min grace period need to get a life u get no starts from me this place it's out of control therefore I had 3 kids coming here but I will be looking for a new doctor peace
Staff are super rude I give the no starts at all they suck the option is not available n everything they do here they schedule u for 1:15 but u have to come n check in 15 min prior to your appointment witch is 1pm so y not give u the appointment for 1it makes no sense at all then u walk in there's always a line staff take they sweet time to check each person in so by the time u reach them n u late u have to reschedule.... Stupid rules that make no sense at all
